The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 20 - Texture

Well, today's challenge is texture... What a good day to use my new baby!!!!

Ladies, this is OPI Liquid Sand called Can't let go from Mariah Carey Collection...

Honestly, I had second thoughts about liquid sand polishes before I bought this one... I thought it was stupid to use textured polishes when I tried so hard to apply flawless polish... And I thought taking it off would be a pain in the neck...

But I was wronggggg... Verrryyyy wrong!!!!!

The moment I put on this baby, I fell in love... :) 

I used one coat of base coat and two coats of liquid sand. But I waited for the first coat to dry througly before applying the second coat. The good thing is, this polish dries fast enough, so you don't need a fast drying top coat... :) I felt naked without a topcoat, but the awsomeness of the polish took that feeling away... :)

Anyway, the polish dries to a gritty finish after 10 minutes. But not that gritty so it clings to your hair or clothes... I lasted a whole 2 days with excessive wear, shower, dishes, etc... And taking it off was A LOT EASIER than glitters...
