La Bella Vernice - Feeling Shameless

Hi there!

Are you ready to meet my first thermal polish?

Yayy!!!!

Well, actually this is the second thermal I own. The first one was from BPS and it was a nightmare to work with. Maybe I got a bad bottle or something... But this is nothing like that... In fact, it is a dream... :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present you La Bella Vernice - Feeling Shameless!!!

In the bottle it looks like a lovely purple with crazy holo particles. It was much more sheer than I expected. First coat was a faint color. But the formula is so easy to work with, and it really dries quickly, so that sheerness was really not an issue. Actually, I prefer this formula against the yougurt like one... LOL

I have 3 coats on my fingers. Three coats' opacity was enough for me. But if you like you can have a nother coat. I am not sure if layering it over a similar color will work. If you've tried it, let me know. :)

Here it is, looking like blue. It stays like that when it is warm. The funny thing is, the pigments are so sensitive and quick acting, that when I put on a layer, the tips get the purple haze at first (because the polish in the bottle is cold). And then it warms up and becomes the same color as the base...

immediately after a coat

after holding an ice cube for seconds...

after dipping all nails in cold water

One more thing, the thermal effect still continues after a top coat, so no worries there... :)

Overall, I really loved this polish. I've been playing with it like a child. It may look wonderful on the beach, also on cold days... Love it!!!! <3

La Bella Vernice - Tranquility

I have another La Bella Vernice for you today. It is Tranquility from the Winter Blues collection. It is a blue, leaning towards green with a lovely shimmer...

I have two coats here...

To finish my mani, I used Golden Rose Jolly Jewels 107 on the tips and I stamped the fish scales from MASH 39 with A England St. George...

La Bella Venice - Unwrap Me

Hello to you all!!!

It may seem like I've neglected my blog for some time but I was so busy with life... I'm sure you'd understand...

I've hardly had time to put on polish, you know? Yes, I was that busy... LOL

But for nice things... (Thank God)

For starters, I made these pretty totes for La Bella Vernice...

They are made from natural fabric, sewn by me, hand painted by me... :) And they are totally customisable...

Taking more orders... :)

Oh, and now, I'm writing this post at the parent hall of the Kidzania Istanbul... I'm sure you've heard this before, it is small city where kids try different jobs and earn their own money. I'm waiting for my daughter and I guess it will be along wait.

And moving on to manis...

I have pictures of La Bella Vernice Unwrap Me for you today. Actually, I had this mani weeks ago but I did not have the time to write the post about it, so it was in the drafts folder... :)

Unwrap me is a light blue scattered holo. I have 3 coats on my nails. It is such a lovely color and it reminds me of winter skies, I don't know why...

And I tried to make some wintery decorations... Well, I may have been watching too much Frozen lately, thanks to my daughter. And this mani reminded me of Frozen... :)

I sponged a little white on the tips to create a snow effect. And then stamped various snowflakes from MoYou Christmas Plate. Oh, and I added a little China Glaze Fairy Dust... :)

What do you think? Delicate, isn't it?

La Bella Vernice - When The Stars Go Blue

Today I'll show you a gorgeous polish!!!

I totally fell in love with this one and I'm not a multi chrome fan... (yes, you may hang me if you like, but that's the truth. I prefer holos and textures... LOL)

Anyway, here is When The Stars Go Blue from La Bella Vernice...

La Bella Vernice describes this color as a multichrome with deep blue, purple, yellow and green... I couldn't agree more but there's something that I'd like to add...

It feels like you have millions of stars on your nails. And that's mainly because of the holographic glitter...

Like I said, altough I'm not a huge fan of multichromes, I ordered myself a big bottle of this...

Btw, the formula is really easy to apply. 2 easy coats... Dries rather qucikly... And the sparkles... Ohhh.... <3

You can buy La Bella Vernice from their website for $10 for full size bottles and $4.5 for mini bottles.

La Bella Vernice - Rachel

Hi everybody...

Today I'm wearing one of the polishes my dear friend Roni has sent me... She is the owner of indie brand La Bella Vernice and makes a-mazing polishes....

Here is Rachel!!!

It is a hot pink color with scattered holographic effect. It is highly pigmented. I used two coats for swatching purposes but one was enough. Which means you can try to stamp with it as well... (I haven't but will try soon)

It dries to a semi textured finish. You can wear a top coat to smooth it or just leave it like that, if you like a little texture. And by texture, I don't mean anything like regular texture polishes, just a little gritty because of the glitter...

This is a 5ml mini bottle by the way. You can buy standard sizes (15ml) as well.

And here's how I wore it...

I made some black dots using my dotting tool and added a girly bow stamp on the ring finger... And added a coat of Poshe.

I really like the combination of pink and black... :) So girly...

You can buy La Bella Vernice from their website for $10 for full size bottles and $4.5 for mini bottles.

Also don't forget to check the Facebook page for sneakpeak new collections.

La Bella Vernice Reilyn and Tana

Hi all!!!

Today I will be reviewing two gorgeous polishes from a new indie polish maker, La Bella Vernice... The owner, Roni is a friend from facebook and she offered two colors to me to review...

First of all, I want to tell you that I have never seen such cute packaging... :) Look for yourself...

The polishes come in this cute box with the cutest card I've ever seen... :)

When you open the box, you see the holos!!! (fyi, these are minis, 5ml versions. The standard ones are 15ml. Aren't the mini bottles cute???)

Anyway, I started with Reilyn... Not just because it rhymes with Aylin, but also because it is a gorgeous deep purple with scattered holo!!!!

I used two coats for swatching, over an acqua basecoat. The formula was really pigmented, almost a one coater. But I did a second coat to even things out. The drying time between coats is normal and the formula is a pleasure to work with... I did not use a topcoat, because I wanted you to see the original finish.

And here are two off focus photos to show you the holo!!!!

Next one is Tana, a light green again with scattered holo effect... This one is the green I'd go for. The formula is sheerer than its friend and needed 3 thin coats. For this one, I did not use an acqua base coat, just to tell if it needed... In my opinion, it needed. Again, no topcoat is used...

The Verdict : Both polishes are lovely and a pleasure to work with. But since I'm a purple girl, I fell in love with Reilyn...

And btw, all pictures were taken under the sun, thanks to the humid Istanbul weather... :)

La Bella Vernice retails for $10 for 15ml standart bottles and $4.5 for 5ml mini bottles.
They offer international shipment!!! Go and check the other beauties at www.bellavernice.com
Le Bella Vernice is also on Facebook.
