HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR BLOG :)

Wow, I really cannot believe I've been blogging for two years...

A few dyas ago, I checked my very first posts to see the exact date of my blogiversary and OMG, my nails have come a long way... :)

My cuticles and nails were in a terrible state two years ago. I only had a few polishes, and by a few I mean that your fingers were enough to count them... And my designs and stamping were, pmffff....

I really have learned a lot in these two years. And I learned them all from blogger friends. I follow many bloggers daily, and I get inspired from them a lot. So if someone learned something from me, or got inspired from my blog, I'm happy...

And I have made some great friends, thanks to my blog. It is really nice to know that there are people actually reading your babblings and make comments...

Anyway, thanks for being there for me, all my followers. I wish to continue this blog as long as there are readers... LOL

Enough with the sentimental stuff.. Now, let's move on to a giveaway...

First of all, I am not a sponsored blog. I buy my polish and my prizes with my own money. So I'm sorry I'm not throwing a big giveaway for you guys. I wish I was able to give each of you gorgeous gifts. But this is all I can do for now. I hope you like them... :)

After taking the photographs, I was putting away the polishes and one of them slipped and fell to the ground and broke into pieces... RIP Rimmel Precious Stones of Prize #3.... I couldn't find the same polish so I bought two more Rimmel polishes instead. I bought Space Dust Aurora and Space Dust Shooting Star. So the 3rd prize is changed... Please forgive me... :)

One Year Blogiversary and Giveaway

Wow, I cannot believe it has been a year since I started blogging.... :)

The truth is, before I decided to open up a nail art blog of my own, I was a commited reader of all the lovely ladies of our community. Seeing their work has inspired me a lot, and I opened my blog on the 28th of January, 2012. 

My first posts were in Turkish, with horrible photos and not so good stamping... The only plates I had owned were some fauxnads... But I kept on trying... I ordered nice stamping polish, good quality plates... And I tried hard... :) If you look my older photos, you may see some improvement...

I joined several Facebook groups, where I met talented ladies that are willing to help to newbies... I started swapping with some, that's when I made some friends, too... And when I realised I had more international ladies following my blog, I decided to write in English... 

It is really relieving to have friends from all over the world sharing your passion... Thanks to them, I got my paws on most of my lemmings...

Anyway, I still have a lot to learn in the nail art area... I don't call myself an expert and most of all, I'm not trying to be "perfect". I may have flaws and sometimes I fail hard... (at nail art) But this doesn't stop me from blogging, because I enjoy what I do, and that's what counts... :)

Well, long story short, I decided to celebrate my Blogiversary with my faithful readers, who have been really supportive throughout the year...
