Nail Mail from The Netherlands :)

When I was making the textured series, I have told you that new P2 Sand Styles were on their way... Well, unfortunately, that package got lost. :(

I really don't get it how someone takes something that doesn't belong to them. Sometimes mistakes happen, and wrong mail gets delivered to wrong addresses. It has happened to me before and I took the package and delivered it the the owner myself. So, I cannot think of taking other person's mail, let alone a big package...

Anyway, my friend Silke was really kind and she sent me a second package, although it was not her fault.. This time the package arrived! Yay!!!!

Here are the polishes I've been lemming for a long time :)

Dia de Los Muertos Mani

After Halloween, comes Dia De Los Muertos, which means Day of the Dead, in English. Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico and around the world in other cultures... The holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died.

Visiting graveyards is also a part of our culture. We visit the graves of our loved ones twice a year actually, during religious holidays, one right after Ramadan and the other one on the Feast of Sacrifice.

Well, for this mani, I used a long time untried, Pastel 124. It is an interesting color and you know I'm highly disabled in this area, so what you see, is the color of this polish... :P

Here's the part I played with my polish. :)

For pinkie, I used an Essence stamp. For the ring finger, BM413... I love this guy's mustache. :P

The heart and the Monster High logo is from Mundo de Uñas Monster High plate...  I used the stamping decal method to fill them with red. I still have trouble attaching them to nails, so any help is appreciated...

My thumb had the voodo head from BM413, but it did not photograph well, so I did not use it... :)

ESSENCE TE "Dark Romance"

Wow, Essence is coming with more beautiful stuff on December! I hope they arrive in Turkey on time... :)

I might try the polishes... The matt and the suede looks interesting...

The nail art decorating kit looks interesting. I see some rhinestones and beads there... :)

The tatoos would look nice in the summer... :)

There are also lipsticks, lipgloss, blushes, eyeshadows , eyepencils and highlighters in the collection... :)

Although we don't officially celebrate Halloween in Turkey, there are still some parties here and there. My daughter used to celebrate it in Kindergarten as well... Every year I used to sew her a dress for Halloween... :)

Anyway, since it is a fun holiday and since my Halloween package arrived the other day, I have an excuse to make a Halloween nail art for today!!! :) :)

I used Essence Black is back on my pinkie and then stamped it with BM223 using Essence stamping polish in white...

For my ring and middle fingers, I used two coats of Spoiled Orange You Glad, an awsome polish for Halloween... For the ring finger, I drew a pumpkin using Essence Nail Art Tatoo pen... :) Not so bad, huh? And for the ring finger I stamped the haunted house from BM305.

For the index finger, I used two coats of Australis Limited Edition 2, also a great green for Halloween... :) I stamped the straight lines from Cheeky10 and then made it look like a witch shoe using the tatoo pen again. :)

Andddddd for my thumb, afgter 2 coats of Australis Limited Edition 2, I freehanded Frankenstein!!!! I totally worked hard for that and I am quite pleased with my work, since I suck at freehand drawings!!!!!!!
