The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 12 - Tape Mani

I've seen many talentet blogger friends make awsome nail art with tape, but today, I keep it simple. Not because I can't achieve a tape mani, but because I lack creativity... Yep, sometimes that little fairy just passes me by... :)

Anyway, for today's mani I used Eccence Wanna Say Hello, a gorgeous brown. I loved it so much that it can be the brown I've been looking for for sooooo long... For the accent nail, I used Rimmel Gold save the Queen from the Metal Rush collection. I had hoped this collection was pigmented enough to use for stamping, but to my surprise, it came out pretty sheer. I have 2 coats of it and still you can see some bald spots...

Anyway, I then taped my fingers diagonally and stamped them with Barry M Gold Foil, one of the greatest stamping polishes I own... :) I used the design from Cheeky Summer Set CH44... I used the exact opposite for the accent nail...

The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 11 - Splatter

This is the first time I'm doing a splatter mani. I made some online search and found out it is not that hard at all... So I grabbed all my  Flormar Pretty polishes and started splatting...

Honestly, it did not make a huge mess as I expected. I hade some large blobs, but that is acceptable for the first try, isn't it?

The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 10 - Geometric

Geometric Nails... Over a holo base... Hmmm....

I used 17 holo nail polish in silver for this mani. It was the first time I tried 17 polish and I liked it. It has a great holo effect and it is easy to apply. It dries to a semi matte finish, but I used a topcoat anyway..

Well, for geometric design, I had a lot of choices, thanks to Gals plates... I picked GA03 and used the 2 similar designs for this mani...

The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 9 - Saran Wrap

Heyyy, saran wrap day!!!!

For today, I used Flormar DC07 from the DuoChrome Collection. It is an awsome blue with lovely blue shimmer... I don't call this one a duochrome but is is pretty...

Anyway, when the base got dry, I put on a coat of Avon Golden Vision and imeediately used my saran wrap ball on wet polish. This is the effect I got...

Well, maybe I should have stopped at that, but I added some rhinestones I won from DMBS Kozmetik giveaway... Well, what do you think?

The New 31 Day Challenge - Day 8 - Duochrome/Flakie/Holo

Soooo, having bought 2 OMGs before new years, it was mandatory to use holographic polishes for todays challenge....

This is China Glaze BFF from the OMG Collection, ladies and gentlemen...

May I just say Oh My God!!!

I'm curiously waiting for the new China Glaze holographics. Will they be better than OMGs?

BTW, my acccent nail is stamped with Cheeky Jumbo Plate B and Rimmel Metals Rock Star...
