Pink Nautical with Nubar Flaming Purple

Thanks to Karin from Vacker & Underbar, I have another Nubar to show you today!

It is Flaming Purple. Well, to me it is a neonish bright pink which maybe has a tiny bit of purple in it... But, again, you know me and my color describing disabilty... LOL

I really loved this color, in fact I had in on my toes a few times. It really looks lovely on the beach, with the white sand. And finally, it is on my nails.. :P

I decided to play with it, so I made a nautical skittlette..

For the pinkie, I used Cheeky CH36 with Konad white. For the ring finger, I painted plain white and with tape, I added the pink stripes. And the others were just Nubar.

It really got a lot of attention and people made nice comments on this one.

What do you think?

OPI Skull and Glossbones and another waterfall mani...

I still have a huge untrieds drawer in my room full of nail polish! I know it sounds tempting to dig into that drawer but for me it it a huge burden. I want to try them all, and love them and give them little kisses... You know what I mean... But reality is harsh, I only have 10 fingernails.

Anyway, long story short, I tried one from that drawer today. It is OPI Skull and Glossbones.

I don't know about you, I seem to like grey polish more each day. Skull and Glossbones is a light grey, an off-white one may say. And it looks perfect both alone and as a stamping base.

The pictures came out a little dark, sorry for that...

Anyway, with a base like that, I thought why not make another waterfall mani? So I did it, using silvers and greys....

The topcoat smudged a little bit, but that is a small flaw for such a lovley mani in my opinion... :P

What do you think???

Chanel Graphite

Hi everyone! Today I'll share an old mani with you. It is the infamous Chanel Graphite!!

I have two coats on my nails, and it covers nicely. It looks good alone, so I did not bother stamping over it, but the next time I'm using it, I'll stamp it with black...

So, what do you think?

Nubar - Indigo Illusion

Today I have another Nubar for you. It is called Indigo Illusion and it is a purple/grey/green duochrome.

The formula is great, just like the other Nubar's I tried. But boy, this is one hard polish to photograph! It is impossible to capture the color changes but I tried to do my best here... :P

Oh, and I have 2 coats, in case you were wondering...

Nubar - Cactus

Wow, the summer heat and the holiday has really made me l-a-z-y!!! I haven't posted in a month.

First of all, let me tell you, everything is ok. We're all fine. Just enjoying the hot weather and the Aegean Sea. Can you believe I haven't worn polish on my fingernails for a month? Me neither!!! But my toes are not naked, I assure you... LOL

Anyway, I decided to wear a gorgeous green Nubar my dear friend Karin from Vacker & Underbar has sent me. I must tell you, Nubar has a great formula! I really loved how effortlessly it applied.

I decided that I should stamp it with gold, since it has some gold flecks in it. So I used Essie Good As Gold and Cheeky CH38, the fat fishes for stamping... For the accent nail, I used a Claries glitter, Clarie's 108, with white and gold glitter.

See you soon! Take care!
